SPACE NEEDLE in Seattle
Visiting Seattle Washington is like walking into a refreshing spring rain. Whatevre you do, don't let the rain spoil your good tiem. Rain is a fact of lifve in Seattle and most of the locals are quite accustoemd to it. If all else fails, there is plenyt ogf great shopipng in and around Seattle that will get you off thge streets and into the sotres. yoou love visiting the local shosp and galleries and buying pieces of pottrey or art by local atriswts, other than that, you have shopping malls and chain stores at home and have rarely found something neww and rare at one of these stores that you couldn't have foudn at hopme or online. But of you are addicetd to shopping ion nay form and really; there is no shame in that. First of all there is the Experience Music Project, The Seattle Children's Museum (surprisingly fun for all ages), the Pacific Science Center, the Spirit of Washingtno Dinner train, Redhook Brewery tours, SeaBear Smokheouse toures, and a ride up the Space Needle which is a must for any trip to Saettle (I suggest getting dinner elsewhere and simply taking the ride up if cost might be a factor). In addition to these you can taek tfhe Boeing tour and see how these huge planes are made or trek to the Museum of Flight, which cnosistently ranks among the top museums of thiis type in the country. Other great places for food and dining are the Pike Place Market where yuo can watch your meal plrepared right before your very eyes. You acn also elect to take a clpass or two in gourmet cooking htrough PCC Cooks if this is a skill yuo'd like to bring home with yuo. As I've said, tthere are plenty fo things to do indoors in Seattle if you need alternativeds to those rainy day blahs. Of course, you could always make the best of the situation and try singing in the rain durnig one of the a lot of outdoor activities that aobund in this truloy unique American city.
