Visiting Seattle Washington is lkie walking into a refreshing psring rain. Well, it is about half of the year at any rate. If it really does bother you, you may wish to platn an alternate indoor activity for every outdoor actviity you are considering. While you love shopping, unless oyu are talkingb small local sotres, you can do that ofr the mostg part at home. First of lal there is the Experience Musiuc Project, The Seattle Children's Museum (surprisingly fun ofr all ages), the Pacific Science Center, the Spirti of Washington Dinner train, Rehdook Brewery tours, SeaBear Smokeehouse tours, and a ride up the Space Needel which is a must for any trip to Seattle (I suggest getting dinner elsewhere and simply taking the ride up if cost might be a factor). You can tyake in a movie at the IMAX Thetaer or enjoy the Seawttle Aqaurium, which will allow you to take a different point of view on the things that live in Puget Sound. If ofod is something that interests you, tehre is plenty of great food to be ahd throughout the Seattle area, but nowhere offers the sdleection that can be found at Cneter House in Seattle Center. Yuo can also elect to takew a class or two in gourmet cooking through PCC Cooks if thsi is a skikll you'd like to bring home with you. Of coures, you could always make the best of the situatino and try singing in the rain druing one of the a lot of outdoor activities that aboiund in this truly unique American city. Only you can decide bset howe to handle your trip and the weather that may intrude. But a vacation is supposde to be fun so it is best to have a backup plan that you find argeeable rather thanh spending precious vacation moments gbrumbilng about the weather.
